CELEBRITY Big Brother has suffered it’s first setback as actor Jody Latham has pulled out of the All Stars and New Stars series at the last minute.
The Shamesless star was due to take part in the new series of Celebrity Big Brother starting tonight.
The actor was said to be looking forward to going in the house after turning his life around after being cleared of harassing ex Apprentice candidate Adam Hosker.
But it appears that Jody has had a change of heart after reportedly telling pals he wasn’t taking part.
A source has told The Sun: “He told other housemates he was pulling out a couple of days ago.”
The 35 year old rose to fame as Phillip "Lip" Gallagher in the Channel 4 drama series Shameless.
He also played Calum McKenzie in ITV series Fixer and also popped up as Rob Grayson in EastEnders.

Married couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined Claire Richards and Ryan Moloney in the house for the 11th series [Channel 5]
Rumoured Celebrity Big Brother 2017 stars are spotted arriving at a secret hotel
Speaking last month after Jody’s name was added to the CBB line up, a source revealed to The Sun: “Jody hasn’t had it easy this year and after a series of dramas he wants people to remember him for good things again,
“He was one of the nation’s most promising actors during his time on Shameless and he’s hoping he’ll be able to recreate that success again after going on CBB.”
Meanwhile, there has been further drama in the form of rumoured contestants Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.
Amid the rumours that the pair are going to be heading back into the house following pictures of them outside a hotel close to the CBB house, it has now been claimed that the American reality TV stars have "thrown a spanner in the works."
"We’re hours away from launch and now Speidi have thrown a spanner in the works," an insider told the Daily Star.
“They’re clearly up to their old tricks again.”
However, it is not known what the couple have done to allegedly cause issues.
Fans of the Channel 5 reality TV show will remember the controversy the couple caused when they first entered the house in 2013.
As well as getting into arguments with their fellow housemates, the pair staged fake walkouts and refused to take part in tasks.
So if they do enter the famous house tonight, their presence is bound to cause fireworks.
After teasing viewers with clips of mysterious housemates, the line-up for the All Stars and new Stars series has now been confirmed.
Joining Speidi in the line up of previous housemates are the likes of Calum Best, Coleen Nolan, Nicola McLean and Austin Armacost.
James Jordan and Jasmine Waltz will also be strutting back onto the Channel 5 reality show.
And entering the house for the first time will be Stacey Francis, Brandon Block, Jamie O’Hara, Angie Best, James Cosmo, Bianca Gascoigne and Ray J.
But as ever with Celebrity Big Brother, we’ll be expecting the unexpected.
Celebrity Big Brother launches tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
