EastEnders: Max Branning to be BLAMED for Roxy Mitchell’s death? Fans believe he’s set to be locked up again


EASTENDERS fans believe that Max Branning could could be seriously involved with the death of Roxy Mitchell and her sister Ronnie.

Following the tragic events of last night which saw sisters Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell drown in the hotel’s swimming pool, it was up to Jack’s brother to break the devastating news.

At the start of the episode, Max is seen emerging from the hotel room, wondering where Roxy has got to. 

After getting flirty the night before, Roxy had promised that she would return to the room in 20 minutes but she never returned.

The Branning brother then proceeds to look around the hotel, as the sounds of sirens blare in the background.

And after learning the shock news, he then had to inform his brother Jack that his new bride had died. 

However, the deaths of Ronnie and Roxy aren’t the only things Max will have to worry about, according to EastEnders fans.

During the episode, Max was spotted hiding the bag of cocaine that Roxy had with her the night before.

Throughout the episode, the white substance had repeatedly appeared as Max had toyed what to do with it.

And although at the end ion the episode the former car salesman flushed the drugs down the sink, viewers believe he is still incriminated.

Many believe that Max was the one who had supplied Roxy with the cocaine and that would explain his eagerness to hide it from the police.

While some believe that him hiding the drugs would not make any difference as the drugs would probably come top in her post-mortem.  

Taking to Twitter, viewers came up with their theories surrounding max and it’s not looking good.

As the news spread about Ronnie and proxy’s deaths, viewers were left emotional, especially at Jack’s reaction.

And no doubt, he’ll need his brother more than ever.

Max has only just returned to Albert Square being wrongly convicted of Lucy belle’s murder.

Could Max once again find himself facing jail for a death he didn’t cause?
