THIS Morning viewers were in for a shock on Monday after the chatshow got new opening credits for Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes as they take over presenting duties from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for the summer holidays.
On Friday's episode of This Morning, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield announced their departure from the show as they went on their annual summer break.
And to commemorate Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes' taking over hosting duties, the hit ITV chatshow decided to get new opening credits.
The usual title sequence featured Phil and Holly as they made their way to the ITV studio, while that show's programme would be cleverly displayed throughout.
It would end with the two presenters walking together onto the show as a title read: "This Morning with Phillip & Holly."
However, on Monday's episode it aired a totally new opening credits as Holly and Phil were edited out.
Instead, it showed a montage of London landscapes before moving on to behind-the-scenes footage of the show with makeup chairs and filming equipment.
