SCARLETT Moffatt has revealed the shocking moment she decided to change her lifestyle and lose weight.
The Gogglebox sensation, who was crowned the champion of I’m A Celeb just months ago, spoke exclusively to OK! Magazine about her decision to focus on her fitness – and why these days she tries to work out at least four times a week.
She explained: “I went to the doctors because I was feeling really lethargic and had really bad migraines and a bad back.
“When I stepped on the scales they said it’s to do with your weight. I said, oh God, I’m not overweight, am I?”
She continued: “They were like, no, you’re obese.
“That was when I was like, Scarlett, it’s your health now.”
The star, who recently unveiled her brand new fitness DVD, admitted that she previously didn’t have the will power to stop eating unhealthy things.

Scarlett Moffatt reveals impressive three stone weight loss as she poses on the cover of Fabulous magazine [Fabulous Magazine ]
As Scarlett Moffatt vows to change her lifestyle after diabetes scare, we take a look back at the Gogglebox star's weight loss timeline
She confessed: “I didn’t really stop myself from eating what I want. I ate a lot of junk food – last year I got a Christmas card from Greggs!”
But Scarlett – who dropped five dress sizes after shedding the pounds, and went from a size 18 to a size 8 – is now happier than ever with her gorgeous new look.
And her boyfriend, Luke Crodden, is most definitely a fan.
Scarlett added: “He describes us as an iPhone. Every month I get a software upgrade!
“But he’s just happy because he can see how happy I am."
Scarlett's Superslim Me Plan DVD is now available since its festive release on December 26.
The cover of the DVD shows Scarlett's bikini body before and after her transformation.
"I lost seven and a half pounds in the first week!!" Scarlett's comment on the DVD cover reads.
In a clip from the DVD, the 26 year old is filmed wiping tears from her eyes after realising she’s almost two stone heavier than the weight she thought she was.
Wearing a blue and yellow sports bra with patterned leggings, the brunette became emotional before stepping onto the scales, and said: “I actually think I’m going to vomit.
“What happens if it’s a really high number? I think it’s going to be nine and a half stone, but I know it isn’t."
The number on the scales revealed Scarlett’s weight is over 11st, leaving her devastated.
Vowing to lose the weight, Scarlett promised herself: “But it’s not going to get any more, that’s the good thing.
"It can only go down. It needs to change now because that’s not healthy, I’m only 25 and I’m like five foot so that’s not healthy at all. I’ve just got to work hard.”
