God bless you guys in your redone home!
Believe it or not, it's been five years since Melissa Gorga started the biggest fight in Real Housewives history thanks to her infamous remodeling message for Teresa Giudice… but who could forget those sprinkle cookies?!
However, after RHONJ fans quickly called her out for her clear shade — why else would "Sprinkle Cookies" be in quotation marks? — Jac defended herself to Real Mr. Housewife on Tuesday, saying:
"It's been a traditional Christmas favorite cookie to make in our house for years because they are easy to make and the kids enjoy making them. When I shared Nick's work on Instagram and Snapchat I put 'Sprinkle Cookies' in quotes because Nicholas went heavy on the sprinkles. I also do realize how familiar my RHONJ fans are with the words 'Sprinkle Cookies,' so I knew they would get a kick out of the familiarity… It's really not a bad word or meant to be used as a dig toward my cast mates who skeeve the word or the cookie. That's just dumb. I wasn't thinking about them. It's a familiarity and a family tradition."
We're not convinced…
Regardless of their intent, they sure look scrumptious! Nice work, Nicholas!!
So, Perezcious Readers… Shade or No Shade???
