And now the 27 year old has hit back at online trolls who have given her abuse over her recent weight gain, after she was spotted grabbing a bite to eat with her mum in Australia.
"Bullies are like sandpaper - the more they wear you down, the more polished you end up becoming," said Scarlett.
Not only does the presenter have a thicker skin as a result of the negative comments, she's also learned a lot from her experience of bullying.
The brunette beauty who found fame on Gogglebox revealed it's made her determined not to make others feel bad about themselves.
"It’s taught me to never make anyone feel how those bullies made me feel", she told Closer magazine.

Scarlett who recently announced her place on the Extra Camp panel, was spotted enjoying some quality time with her mum, in Australia ahead of filming.
The brunette beauty went make-up free for the outing, stepping out in a low-cut white top and pink leggings.
I'm A Celeb returns to screens on November 19, and Scarlett will be presenting Extra Camp alongside Joel Dommett and Joe Swash – replacing Stacey Solomon and Vicky Pattison.
Discussing her latest venture, she explained: "After last year's Jungle experience which was a dream come true, I can't believe I'm so lucky to have the dream continue by being part of this amazing show.
"It's going to be so much fun."Ant and Dec will also be reprising their roles as hosts of the ITV show – with Charlotte Crosby, Lauren Goodger and Georgia Toffolo thought to be making an appearance in the jungle.
